Responsibilities

• Lead the selection process to hire body shop employees
• Supervises quality of work performed
• Tracks and monitors efficiency and productivity of technicians and management team within the shop
• Manage the over site of the day-to-day operations of the body shops
• Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations
• Enforces company’s policies and procedures
• Provides training, scheduling, assigning, coaching, counseling to body shop employees
• Communicates job expectations and monitors progress
• Motivates and retains quality personnel

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy duty collision
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Must exhibit leadership qualities
• Must exhibit teamwork qualities
• Shows Initiative
• Strong verbal and writing skills
• Computer proficiency and basic accounting skills
