We are urgently in need of compassionate caregivers to provide assistance and companionship to individuals with dementia in Harmony at Kent at Dover, DE. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for.

Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with feeding (if needed)
- Report any changes to the healthcare team

Skills:
- Experience in senior care and with dementia is a plus.
- Knowledge of assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ability to manage behaviors and provide direct support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Understanding of behavior management techniques

Shift:

24 hours Live in case daily
