Must be 21 years old to drive for FedEx. We have immediate, long-term delivery driver roles available for qualified candidates. You can be a Jumper first if not 21 years old.

Daily Pay: $170-$200 ($46,000-$57,000 /Annually)

Pay Frequency: Weekly (direct deposit)

Daytime Only Shifts:

• Full Time- - Five days/week or more if you prefer
• Part Time-- Two- four days/ week
• Scheduling flexibility is a plus

Requirements:

• We will train you. Previous truck driving experience is not needed.
• Chauffeur's license (easily acquired)
• DOT Medical Card (we pay for your physical exam)

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locations.
• Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and secure placement.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for timely and efficient deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with customers.
• Utilize communication skills to update supervisors on delivery status .
• Adhere to company policies, including maintaining a clean vehicle.

Qualifications:

Successful completion of FedEx Ground approval process to become a qualified driver:

• Must be 21 or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have a clean driving record, and a chauffeur's license
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Ability to pass a health physical examination

Other Qualifications:

• Reliable and able to work one weekend day occassionally
• Dedicated to customer satisfaction
• Desire to work in a team-based environment (support one another)
• The ability to safely drive delivery truck in all types of Michigan weather conditions.
• Deliver and pick-up packages up to a max of 150 lbs.(most packages are under 25 lbs.). Drivers have access to a dolly to assist with heavier packages.
• Daily routes vary in numbers of deliveries, but expectations are an experienced driver will routinely manage ~120 stops, per day

• First interview via phone

• Road test with trainer

Typical Start and End Time:

• 8AM - 5PM
