Summary of Position: The Open House / Broker Tour Host is responsible for facilitating open house events for properties listed for sale. You will create a welcoming and informative environment for potential buyers, showcase the property's features, and gather valuable feedback for the listing agent. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the local real estate market. This position reports to the Office Manager. Essential Job Functions:
Generate leads (interested or potential buyers of that home or other homes) for DeLeon Realty.
Maintain accurate records of open house attendance, feedback, and any follow-up actions required.
Assist in the completion of necessary paperwork related to open house events and potential offers.
Prepare the property for open house events, ensuring it is clean, well-staged, and all marketing materials are prominently displayed.
Showcase the property's features and benefits to potential buyers, highlighting key selling points.
Greet and welcome visitors, providing them with information about the property and neighborhood.
Answer questions and address concerns from potential buyers, promoting a positive and informative experience.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
California Real Estate Salesperson License
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Accuracy and attention to detail
Highly responsive with communications to both clients and colleagues
Strong organizational skills
Good judgment and the ability to make quick decisions
Ability to act professionally in a collegial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
