Continued growth and expansion has created the need for a Procurement Administrator to join our fast paced team. Essential Functions: 

The Procurement Administrator will endeavor to examine, evaluate, and renegotiate all existing vendor agreements for Delaware Elevator, Inc, Delaware Elevator Service, Inc., Delaware Elevator Carolinas, LLC, Delaware Elevator Low Country, LLC, The Delaware Elevator Manufacturing Corporation, the Chesapeake Drilling Corporation, and IDEC Elevator Products (hereinafter referred to as the “Divisions”). The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for lowering costs across all Divisions, to include:

• Interfacing with the incumbent Purchasing Agent.
• Building and maintaining relationships with outside vendors.
• Shopping around existing third-party vendor contracts
• Renegotiating existing/new third-party vendor contracts
• Develop supply chain management procedures to lower costs across all Divisions.
• Review and maintain a detailed accounting of the annual spend for each Division on all third-party vendors

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of elevator equipment and material (preferred)
• Bachelor's (preferred)
  • disciplines such as economics, engineering, business administration or supply chain management favored
• Negotiation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Purchasing: 8 years (Preferred)
• Supply chain: 8 years (Preferred)
