Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.We offer full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K, Demo Days and Work Outings.Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we're gone riding.Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday's and Monday's off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.You are a great fit if you can:Engage and assist every customer that enters dealership with exceptional customer service.Collaborate with management and various departments to ensure a seamless experience and transition for every customer.Utilize CRM to log every customer lead and interaction.Provide impeccable product knowledge by completing all available OEM training programs.Support with relocating and rebranding dealership showroom when necessary.Perform other related duties for the benefit of the dealership.Other requirements and Skills:Must be able to provide a valid salesperson license before day of hire.Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.Minimum of 1 year of powersports experience.Motivated to meet goals in a consistent manner.Contact us for more details or questions.
