Deaconess is seeking a full-time Acute or Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants to join the Primary Care of Seniors. This is an hourly position with a competitive base rate. The position is 8 hour shifts seeing geriatric patient consults in the hospital. Candidates should be licensed in the State of Indiana and certified by the ANCC/AANP as a Nurse Practitioner or certified by the NCCPA as a Physician Assistant. In addition, must be AGACNP-BC(adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner certified) or trained in geriatrics as a PA.
