System Engineer III

Candidate must have an active TS/SCIw/ Poly

Key Tasks:

sDemodulate signals (and identify trends/patterns) from various sources including Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) devices

sResponsible for developing demodulation algorithms for modern communication technologies

sDeinterleave collected signals as necessary

sExperience with developing and implementing DSP algorithms

sFluency with basics of signals and how to process them including modulation, demodulation, filtering, and spectral analysis

Required Skills:

sExperience with MODERN communication and DSP technologies

sIntermediate MATLAB, C, C , LINUX, PYTHON programming skills

sBackground in image and signal processing, both algorithm design and implementation (image scaling, deinterlacing, deinterleaving, frame rate conversion

Required Education/Certifications:

sSix (6) years of systems engineering experience and aBachelor'sdegree in a related field. See Appendix B for degree equivalencies and relevancy.
