Applicant should be able to do several trades including drywall, paint, trim work, doors, minor framing and exterior work.

Full time Monday-Friday and with occasional Saturdays as needed. This position may require occasional few overnight stays in hotels on projects out of the Portland metro area. Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert
  workmanship, and polite communication.
• Inform the Project Manager of the progress of the project daily, including any
  customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
• Be responsible for the efficient and profitable use of the company’s time, manpower
  and materials on each project.
• Monitor and report on the activities of the company’s independent subcontractors.
• Ensure the image of the company is supported by the appearance and activities of
  the subcontractors and job sites.
• Perform carpentry work as needed light framing, misc. finish carpentry
• Job-site clean up
• Communication with property owners
• Interacting and scheduling of subcontractor
• Drywall, paint, trim work and doors
• Minor framing and exterior work
• Miscellaneous punchlist items
• Other tasks as assigned
