Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ! You will be responsible for the management of the renovation of multifamily properties.
Responsibilities:
- Tie all aspects of a project together - ensuring our client's vision becomes reality
- Maintain an accurate project budget
- Manage the daily, weekly, and overall schedule for timely completion
- Oversee all project components from preconstruction through close-out
- Serve as a liaison between the office and on-site team members
- Maintain required project documentation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, specifically multifamily renovations, is a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate - both in writing and orally
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with exceptional organization skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Travel is required
