Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role may become full-time. The ideal candidate will have a background in recruiting business development professionals in a "start-up" environment. 

As Recruiter, you will play a key role in vetting and onboarding internal Business Development Associates and support staff. 

Responsibilities:

Vetting and Onboarding:

Conduct thorough vetting processes for potential Business Development Associates and support staff.

Deploy aggressive methods to convincingly sell internal opportunities. 

Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

ATS Management:

Utilize ATS platforms effectively to manage candidate pipeline.

Keep records updated and organized for easy access and reporting.

Requirements:

Previous experience in recruiting Sales/Business Development associates is a must.

Previous experience working in a staffing industry environment is a mandatory requirement.

Proficiency in ATS systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.

Must be a strong influencer of applicants to pique interest and gain buy in.

Superior interviewing capabilities. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal ability.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed.
