This position is responsible for leading materials planning and purchasing, production, and shipping & receiving activities.

· Prepares production schedules and ensures items are shipped to customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

· Seeks out lowest cost, acceptable solutions for purchasing needs.

· Prepares and maintains all invoice related documentation for Accounts Payable.

· Maintains internal assets database.

· Manages trade show logistics needs.

Experience:

· Associates Degree in Business Administration or Logistics preferred

· Experience in Demand Planning, Master Scheduling, or Production Planning

· Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems

· DOT Hazardous Materials Shipping Certification highly desirable

· Knowledge of Accounting principles & methods very desirable

· Knowledge of external standards including FDA 21CFR820 and ISO 13485

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
