Project Chesapeake is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Baltimore, MD

Project Chesapeake is an out-patient behavioral health and substance abuse treatment program. We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

*PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits, 401k, paid holidays*

This position oversees all administrative aspects of the mental health and substance abuse program. The right candidate will be highly organized and have superb customer service skills. You will be expected to develop and maintain an atmosphere conducive to teamwork. It is also expected that you collaborate with the Program Coordinator of the office.

Duties for the position will include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls from clients/probation drug court
  • Coordinating scheduling, insurance authorization (private/state insurance), and financial obligations for clients
  • Overseeing the processing of client intakes/ pull requested client documents
  • Uses EMR- BestNotes daily

This is a fast-paced position in an environment that requires quick, decisive leadership on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full Time, M-Thurs 9:00-5:00; Friday 9:00-3:00

Salary: $14.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Baltimore, MD: Relocate before starting work (Required)
