Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing operational policies or standards.
• Research regulatory requirements and end to end processes.
• Help coordinate the layout and design of the material.
• Work with subject matter experts, legal and compliance to create and edit operational policies or standards.
• Partner with downstream recipients on changes and how they impact User materials (procedures and training).
• Work with project lead(s) to prioritize body of work and meet key milestones.
• Must have expert knowledge of GSuite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in this role.
