You will be in charge of picking, packing, and shipping all of our online orders. We are looking for someone willing to work at a fast pace with a strong attention to accuracy. Responsibilities :

• Receive inventory as it arrives at the fulfillment center
• Picking from a printed order or handheld device, walk up and down aisles to select the designated style, color, size and quantity
• Packing verify pick accuracy, pack into a shipping carton, seal and apply shipping label
• Put away move inbound inventory to designated locations for reserve storage
• Replenishment restock picking locations with inventory from Reserve
• Carton construction pre-build a supply of various sized cartons for order packing
• Cycle Counting count socks inventory in various locations to confirm overall inventory accuracy
• Cleaning and Organizing maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing trash, corrugated and clutter
• Handle all aspects of Direct-to-Consumer order fulfillment operations as needed to support on-time, same-day shipping of our customer orders
• Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to make our internal processes and systems more efficient, save resources, and increase customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

• You must be reliable and punctual
• You must be able to stand and walk for your entire shift
• Lifts 50 pounds
• Verbal and Written comprehension of English Language
• Basic Math Skills
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
