Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our dynamic team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right cannabis products, and ensuring a positive and educational experience. Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their preferences and needs
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Educate customers on the effects, benefits, and potential risks of cannabis use
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary

Skills:
- Retail sales experience, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Familiarity with technology sales or wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
