About our Team
Our Customer Operations team strives to deliver high quality assistance to our sales representatives and channel partners. We work collaboratively in the post sales process with our sales team and customers, decreasing time to revenue and removing barriers to allow sales to close deals. We provide support and problem solving skills to ensure our customers have an exceptional experience.
About the Role
As the Sales Operations Specialist, your role is to support the sales team by managing sales data and processes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive revenue growth. Your focus will be on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing sales productivity.
This role will be hybrid. Candidate can be based from our Dayton, Ohio or Washington DC office locations.
You will be responsible for:
* Planning and coordinating projects to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
* Taking a proactive approach to processes and suggest ways to improve.
* Maintaining information of sales activities that support sales performance metrics and sales process improvement.
* Developing processes and procedures to support the sales process and participating in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
* Maintaining spreadsheet reports as needed.
* Coordinating all special projects and following through to completion.
* Working closely in a team environment.
* Performing all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Have a BS/BA or equivalent experience.
* Be able to analyze data and provide insights to support decision-making.
* Have experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Be detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
