GalaxE.Solutions, Inc. (Somerset, NJ) seeks Software Engineer - Java Implement RESTful Web Services using JAX-RS and develop Micro services using Java/J2EE Technologies like Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL, MongoDB, Apache Kafka, Maven, Spring MVC and deploy to new PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) cloud. Implement OAuth2.0 security with PCF Spring boot apps that provides a user account and authentication (UAA) server that acts as an OAuth2.0 provider to secure app. Write Junit test cases for different Micro services to test web services functionality before integration with client. Implement Kafka producer and consumer applications on Kafka cluster setup utilizing Zookeeper. Write the Kafka producers to stream the data from external rest APIs to Kafka topics. Deploy the Micro services architecture Spring Boot application to PCF using build pack and Jenkins for CI/CD (continuous integration and continuous deployment) and work on PCF Dev to push and scale apps for debugging applications locally on a PCF deployment. Investigate issues, defects, determining problem root cause, formulating corrective action recommendations and implementing them. Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience in any occupation which includes the required experience/skills. Experience must include: 2 years of experience in developing microservices or RESTful APIs using Java and Springboot; 2 years of experience in working in an Agile, or Scrum, or Kanban environment; 1 year of experience in Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD) utilizing Jenkins and GitHub; 1 year of experience working with relational databases; and 1 year of experience in using any combination of AWS, Azure or PCF technologies for deployment. This is a hybrid position. May work from home within commuting distance to office and/or worksite location.
