What you will do:
You will master the art and science of best-in-class customer service. You will perform functions associated with inventory control, conditions, procurement, and dispositioning. You will learn to embrace the spirit of 'try' by developing new skills, working within new departments, and constantly helping us to identify process improvements.
Primary Duties:
  • Leading the effective procurement of inventory assets (equipment, software, licenses), products, and material in an efficient and timely fashion.
  • Maintaining and managing inventory control in support of business processes and goals.
  • Maintaining and managing inventory data and audit output.
  • Research existing and potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and terms.
  • Basic expenditure tracking and accounting.
  • Customer Service, interface, administrative support, and assisting with initiatives that grow our business.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in purchasing, inventory systems, and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Is a team player; works well with others, and projects a positive attitude to employees.
  • Self-starter that can contribute with minimum supervision.
  • Keeps the customer in mind in all aspects of the job.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer/internet literacy including basic Microsoft Office suite.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish/English a plus).
  • Four year degree in business, accounting, supply chain or technology related study.
  • CPIM/CSCP greatly desired
