JOB SUMMARYOverview:Lehigh Valley, a DFA Dairy Brands Company in Lansdale, PA is seeking 2 Fleet Maintenance Mechanics to join our team. As a Fleet Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of Tractors, Refrigerated Trailers, and Refrigerated Trucks. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on fleet vehicles and transport refrigeration vehicles. Routine Maintenance, oil changes, electrical services, and lubrication.Assist with addressing pending vehicle repairs.Maintain equipment to desired performance levels.Accurately record time, parts, and PM inspection checklists.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair all fleet vehicles including refrigeration units. Perform prescribed Preventative Maintenance services. Disassemble, inspect, and replace worn or faulty parts. Install and adjust new and repaired parts. Including engines, transmissions, braking systems, steering systems, differentials, drive lines, suspensions, lighting systems, DEF systems, exhaust systems. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management. OUR MECHANICS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE:Earn annual salary of up to $85000 including overtime.Possible hourly premium for certification including state inspection, Class A CDL and refrigeration certificate. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of $5,000. Paid in three installments during the first year of employment. $1,250 after 3 months of employment $1,250 after 6 months of employment and $2,500 after completing one year of employment.
