  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Worksite Location: Rockland, MA
What you'll do as the HR Coordinator:
  • Record meeting minutes and prepare a summary of proceedings
  • Maintain the employee information system
  • Update and audit HR and payroll records
  • Respond to phone calls
  • Set up the personnel files and databases for contract employees
  • Exercise discretion in all matters of confidentiality
  • Gather and assemble information for reports as directed by the supervisor
  • Administer training invitations, registrations, and confirmations
  • Provide "how-to" instructions and answer questions on work processes within the same workgroup
  • Handle routine problems requiring solutions that are based on assembly and examination of readily available facts and experience in similar situations
What you'll bring to the HR Coordinator role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Broad level of knowledge in a specialized area within a functional discipline
  • General knowledge and understanding of workplace policies and procedures to facilitate completion of tasks
