Accountabilities:
The primary accountabilities of this job are as follows:
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services
- Engage policyholders to review policy coverage and service existing accounts
- Maintain agency management system
- Provide support to agents and other team members to reach agency performance goals
- Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments
The computer skills necessary to perform this job successfully are knowledge of our agency management system, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications:
- Highly detailed, organized individual
- Self-Motivated, high energy individual
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Familiarity with insurance files and understanding of insurance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred: Current Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Associates degree in business
- Experience providing customer service in the insurance or other similar industry
