We have been retained by our client, a growing Restoration & Renovation General Contractor in the greater Denver area, to find a General Manager . The General Manager will oversee all aspects of operations, including project management, business development, and team leadership.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Manage project portfolios, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Lead and mentor project managers and field staff to ensure high performance and employee development.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Strong background estimating and selling to insurance adjusters/companies for restoration/renovation projects
• Restoration/Renovation Project Management experience
• Existing business relationships is a plus.
• Proficient with Xactimate
