I’m writing to inform you that one of my client companies, a wealth management firm located in Boston which services a HNW and UHNW individual and family client base, is seeking a Trust & Estate Administrator.

This position involves providing comprehensive support to an assigned team of Wealth/ Trust Advisors by performing an array of duties including monitoring and executing portfolio transactions, addressing client portfolio inquiries, preparing materials for client reviews/meetings, and completing ad hoc project assignments such as grant and family fund administration tasks.

Compensation includes a salary in the $68K- $80K range, depending on experience, plus bonus

This role is a FANTASTIC opportunity for an Administrative Assistant who offers 1-4 years of office support experience and is seeking to make the transition to more of a client service themed role.
