Cynet Systems is Hiring an Utility Operator Near Warrendale, PA
Pay Range: $25hr - $27hr
- Primary responsibilities will be the duties associated with assisting with a new manufacturing facility demolition and remodel project.
- This may entail but is not limited to, performing duties related to interior finish demolition and basic remodeling activities.

- Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent.
- Follows all OSHA, cGMP, and company policies in the performance of all tasks.
- Renovates the buildings through facility improvement projects. Some tasks include the installation of drywall, ceiling tiles, floor tiles, general framing duties, door installation, and concrete/masonry work.
- Performs painting duties using brushes, rollers, and sprayers as required.
- Performs plumbing, plumbing maintenance, and mechanical system alterations as needed.
- ssists other facility services personnel in the maintenance and repair of facility systems or equipment.
- Maintains production equipment and machinery in accordance with preventative maintenance plans.
- Safely operates machinery and equipment as needed to perform essential duties. These may be but are not limited to Candidate-lifts, forklifts, skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, excavators, power tools, hand tools, welders, grinders, power washers, drain snakes, compactors, etc.

- Performs other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
- Must have prior building construction experience.
- Must have a good mechanical aptitude, knowledge of construction practices, and ability to read blueprints.
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of construction tasks.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment including but not limited to saws, drills, nail guns, grinders, Candidate lifts, paint sprayers.
- Must be able to operate equipment at heights of up to 25 feet plus.
- Teamwork and cooperation skills.
