Job Responsibilities :
Large Technology Program requires a release train engineer (RTE) to coach and support a release train of multiple agile teams for a Regulatory program.
RTE should facilitate ART activities and ceremonies, helps identify and resolve impediments and manages risks and dependencies.
Plan, organize and facilitate ART ceremonies (e.g., program increment (PI) planning, ART sync, product owner (PO) sync, scrum of scrums, system demos, and inspect & adapts).
Coach delivery teams and scrum masters on agile and scrum practices.
Foster communities of practice and promote the use of software engineering and quality best practices.
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART by understanding workflows, identifying potential bottlenecks, and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
8 years of experience with agile development, ideally in a product owner, or other leadership role.
3 years' experience in RTE role Strong oral and written communication skills, with both technical and non-technical people
Agile, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework or project management certifications preferred (e.g. SA, SPC, RTE, CSM, CSP, PMI).
Experience managing and collaborating with distributed teams, including offshore third-party organizations and remote employees.
Regulatory Knowledge
CRA programs
Experience managing waterfall projects
Also demonstrated the ability to drive and influence peers.
