Job Title : Data Entry and Word Processing

Minimum Education :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience :

At least one year of relevant experience

Job Duties :

• Read document content to visually-impaired staff person
• File documents accurately and efficiently
• Convert documents to different formats such as Adobe or Word
• Utilize an online case management system for data entry and retrieval
• Answer participant phone calls and provide assistance as needed
• Follow up with participants via phone, email, etc.
• Travel with staff person for participation in intakes / meetings
• Retrieve, scan, copy, and fax documents as required
• Prepare written correspondence including letters, memos, and reports
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor

Preferred Skills :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with document management systems is a plus

Miscellaneous Information :

• Work hours : 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm, Monday Friday.
• Free parking is available in a lot behind the building.
• Public bus stops within a block of the office for convenient transportation.
• Interviews will be conducted via Zoom or in person at our office in Kingston.
• Training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
