Come join us at Berry Coffee Company for a fun and exciting experience! We have been serving the Minnesota business community for over 44 years, providing quality national brand coffee, locally roasted private label coffee, break room supplies, and office supplies.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual, Route Sales Representative (RSR), to deliver our products to our customers. The individual will possess excellent customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. Berry Coffee Company will provide training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for loading/unloading vehicle to ensure inventory for delivery

· Maintain inventory on delivery vehicle

· Complete assigned deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction

· Ensure customers are properly and adequately stocked with products

· Excellent communication skills required with office staff, operations staff and management

· Ensure cleanliness of brewing equipment and related accessories

· Check in with customers regularly to build rapport and promote sales

· Perform weekly vehicle checks

· Maintain delivery territory to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery

COMPETENCIES

To perform this job successfully, the RSR must be self-motivated, reliable and will stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

· Customer relations, interpersonal relationships, team relations and service.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Great oral and written communication skills and be comfortable performing basic mathematical functions.

· Proficient with technology (Tablets and software applications)

· Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.

· Ability to lift 30-lbs or more on a regular basis and occasional lifting in excess of 45-lbs

· Ability to drive more than 60% of the time in all driving conditions.

· Ability to pass a Background Check.
