We are seeking a Spanish speaking friendly Front Desk/Aesthetic Sales Associate for our boutique medical spa. Willing to train the right person who possesses the right attitude ,confidence and ambition for this industry and for sales! The candidate for this position is expected to meet monthly sales quotas on top of scheduling and following up with our clients to ensure we are meeting all of their needs. Active listening skills are required in order to troubleshoot client concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

In this position you are expected to manage phone calls and all forms of communication through our social media and marketing channels. You are also in charge of scheduling, booking, rebooking clients as well as following up with new and existing client before and after their treatments or when treatments are due.

You will assist in managing patient concerns/ complaints and aid the providers in closing sales by offering our clients pricing, discount and payment plan opportunities once a custom treatment plan has been developed by one of our providers. You will also be securing payment for all treatments, applying any appropriate discounts and/or rewards.

You will be ensuring all appropriate forms are completed for each patient and managing their treatment plan schedule.

Lastly, you will also help curate content for our social media and marketing ventures.

Tuesday 10:30am-6:30pm

Thursday 10:30am-6:30pm

Every other Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm

Wednesday (optional) 10:30am-6:30pm
