  • Educate clients and staff on iMind’s continuum of care.
  • Update assessment trackers daily, identifying and communicating any noticeable trends to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to engage, educate, and coordinate client care with the client, their supports, and community providers to ensure prescribed services are implemented.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation through electronic health records.
  • Review and recommend treatment options with clients and, if willing, their families.
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, psychoanalytic, motivational interviewing, and stages of change.
  • Communicate and collaborate with referring professionals.
  • Accrue continuing education hours to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge and stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all aspects of your work and demonstrate a commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in your interactions with patients and colleagues.
  • Attend all necessary trainings, including training on how to write proper referrals.
  • Attend all staff meetings and actively engage by contributing observations and insight.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A master’s degree in counseling, or a human service-related field.
  • Maryland license (LGPC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LCMFT, LMSW) issued by the board regulating one of the following disciplines: psychology, social work, or counseling.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing best practice treatment approaches to children, young adults, and families.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Must exhibit proficient knowledge of DSM-V diagnoses and treatment.
