AAA Premier Medical Equipment & Supplies is a medical supply store in Athens, AL. We are striving to meet the communities medical supplies needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
• Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events
• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any discrepancies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
• Handles telephone calls, distributes, and documents the information appropriately.
• Selects appropriate equipment for patient based on doctors’ orders and patient need/want.
• Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Restock shelves and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be able to carry stock up and down stairs
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Good organizational skills and an orientation to detail is required.
• Strong communication skills a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Previous home medical equipment experience preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with occasional Saturday work

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
• DME: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour

• Day shift
