Description:

Reporting to the principal of the firm, the Operations Specialist will assist in managing the deal flow, investment partners, and clients through the designated process supported by a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. they will be the right hand man to the CFO. helping crunch numbers, talk with clients, walk potential clients through the buying process, assist with creating emails, PowerPoints, and P&L documents.

Minimum 2 years of project management or operations experience in the real estate. realtor will not work need to come from operations side. They need to have experience with analysis in the real estate field.
