Location: Remote Duties And ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination
Coordinate, draft, develop, prepare, finalize, provide, and distribute templates, SOPs, minutes, executive status reports, action items, meeting agenda, and meeting notes
Support senior leadership with scheduling, document review, and ensuring documents meet compliance requirements
Prepare briefing materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders
Maintain program office priority trackers and follow up on open actions
Content
Support the development of communication plans and timelines
Draft, edit, and finalize content for layout, publication, or presentation
Writing, editing, and tailoring content to different audiences' needs and levels of understanding.
Support compilation of content for the monthly newsletter
Social Media
Draft and edit social media posts and comments and engage with content from partners and other stakeholders across the organization.
Update social media templates with new event and program information
Collect data from any ongoing digital campaigns and report that data to the Communications Manager
Required Qualifications
College Sophomore or Junior enrolled in Communications and/or Marketing Program at a 4-year university
Experience with Microsoft Office products including excel
Social media experience, curation of digital assets, support of content production, and communication data reporting.
Strong analytical skills and experience with Canva, social media analytics
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
High attention to detail and personal accountability for completing assignments/duties against work deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
Familiarity with SharePoint design and editing
Multi-media production skills are a plus, including familiarity with video and sound editing; and familiarity and experience with design tools including Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
Experience with collaborating with outside vendors and external partners for various projects like content collaboration, conference presentations, and event planning
Experience conducting extensive research and fact-checking
