We are looking for traveling Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants interested in a flexible side job. This per diem job allows you to customize your schedule and earn supplemental income while maintaining an autonomous relationship.

We are currently hiring throughout Missouri.

Responsibilities of the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Health Risk Assessments:

• Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments on Medicare Advantage members
• Identify all active and chronic disease conditions to determine physical, mental, and social needs during the visit
• Educate and counsel patients on identified conditions and screening procedures
• Document findings using the provided iPad
• No continuum of care, prescribing, on-call, or follow-up is required

Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Health Risk Assessments:

• Active and unencumbered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in any specialty, excluding women's health and pediatrics
• Availability consisting of a minimum of five or more 7.5-hour days (exclusive of drive time) per MONTH
• Willingness to travel throughout the state as needed to fulfill your calendar

Compensation:

• Competitive pay is provided for each completed visit - 7-8 visits per day is typical
• Travel Reimbursement is provided, as well as rental car and hotel reimbursement (depending on eligibility)
