Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to lawn care, landscape maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Duties:

- Assist with lawn care duties including mowing, edging, and fertilizing

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces.

- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn care, maintenance and soft landscaping is preferred but not required

- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time

- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in lawn care projects

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
