Local professional property management company is seeking a residential manager for one of our properties in Verona, Wi.
Our ideal candidate will live on site. Duties include but are not limited to:
Showing and renting available apartments.
Hosting open houses on Sundays from 12-5
On-site maintenance
Clean apartments after move outs.
Handling tenant issues.
Cleaning buildings.
Lawncare.
Snow removal.
General oversight of the property.
Etc.
The compensation for this position is $1,000.00 / month and free rent.
additional bonuses for rentals and occupancy.
