Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Tech to become a part of our team in Salem! You will perform necessary work to make apartments move-in ready and work orders.
$22/hour
Responsibilities:
- Light Plumbing (leaky faucets, snaking drains, installing new toilets, caulking)
- Light Electrical (changing fixtures, switches)
- Painting
- Drywall Patching
- Clean Up
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
