Faster Minis is seeking a versatile individual to join our team as a floater, who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with warehouse operations as needed. This role requires a passion for motorcycles and dirt bikes, as well as the ability to adapt to various tasks within our dynamic work environment.

Faster Minis an online retailer specializing in mini dirt bike parts. We have been in the pit bike parts industry since 2004 and carry products from various, well-known industry brands including ProTaper, BBR, Trail Bikes, and many more. We pride ourselves on providing a wide selection of parts, fast shipping, competitive pricing, as well as excellent customer service and support.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing knowledgeable assistance and recommendations on motorcycle parts and accessories.

- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfillment.

- Perform typical warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping orders to meet customer demands.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

- Background and knowledge of motorcycles and dirt bikes is essential.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

- Previous experience in customer service or warehouse operations is preferred.

TYPICAL SCHEDULE

8am-4:30pm Monday- Friday, some weekends may be required at times
