We at CCI recognize the value that our team brings to the company. Our Employment Specialists provide direct care employment services to clients, including assessment of clients’ strengths and needs utilizing person centered principles, job development, placement, coaching, extended support services and collaboration with other service providers and family members and/or life supports, as allowed. If you are passionate about working in the community and have an interest in Behavioral Health, this is the perfect position for you!

Essential Duties:

  • Job development and placement contacts with employers and consumers.
  • Job coaching and follow-along supports with consumers.
  • Daily documentation of services.
  • Collaboration with consumers’ mental health providers.
  • Travel within assigned area to provide community-based services.
  • Market vocational program to potential employers.
  • Meet agency productivity measures specific to the position.
  • Computer skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Highschool Diploma required. Credit will be given for higher levels of education and prior work related experience.
