Operations Associate- We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our support team, specializing in document management. This role will involve a variety of tasks including redacting contractual agreements, coordinating signatures, status tracking of trading documentation, managing client mailings, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.

This is a part-time position, requiring presence in our office three days a week.

Operations Associate- Responsibilities :

• Redacting contractual agreements as per company guidelines.
• Coordinating signatures for various documents.
• Tracking the status of trading documentation and ensuring timely completion.
• Managing client mailings, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assisting with miscellaneous tasks related to document management and office support.

• Undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management.
• Knowledge of the asset management space, client types, various fixed income investment strategies, and fixed income markets.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication (oral and written), and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize issues appropriately.

Operations Associate- Preferred :

• Experience in asset management industry.
• Familiarity with various fixed income investment strategies.
• Experience with managing client communications.
• Proficiency in document management software.
