Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Portfolio Manager Assistant to join the affordable housing residential team! As a vital member of the team, the Portfolio Manager Assistant will provide support to one to three Portfolio Managers in the management of affordable housing properties. Work Location: 1800 SW First Ave., Suite 220, Portland, OR 97201
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Additional Compensation: $75.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.
