Job DescriptionDigital Asset Management Librarian The Digital Asset Management (DAM) Librarian is an exceptionally detail-oriented and organized thinker with a background in information architecture and organization. You will ensure all brand, press, and marketing assets are translated, uploaded, tagged, structured, organized, and maintained within our DAM system. You will also communicate and promote newly published content regularly and be able to answer questions from the broader team about the availability of assets. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Technical Writing, you will: Act as primary liaison between web, creative, media, and marketing groups to ensure assets are organized and archived as effectively and efficiently as possible Work closely with Studio creative team to create, update, document, and implement processes related to cataloging, tagging, and metadata management Upload, tag, and EOL assets within the DAM system according to business needs and taxonomy rules Encourage the use of newly created content by communicating with stakeholders regularly about changes and updates Pull reports from the tool and analyze data to provide an overview to leadership on content usage trends and behaviors and then recommend solutions accordingly Maintain accurate procedures and records for the system Conduct regular audit of assets to archive old and outdated files and materials Stay informed on latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations Train users on digital asset management processes as needed Required: 2 years’ experience in Digital Asset Management or Digital Media Management Expertise With Adobe Experience Manager Is RequiredExpertise with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Experience With Creative Cloud Libraries Is PreferredExperience with Web or graphic design is preferred Cataloging Or Metadata Management Experience PreferredKnowledge of video, image, and digital formats is essential Process-oriented, able to define and document processes from early stages of implementation Extremely organized with relentless attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to effectively collaborate in a global, cross-functional team environment Able to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to use logic to determine the correct action to take Able to learn quickly and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment Able to work independently and manage own workload Company DescriptionGreetings from CriticalRiver Inc.
