**Job Summary:**

The Licensed Counselor will work as part of the clinical team dedicated to behavioral health and substance use. As Licensed Counselor, you are responsible for ensuring, with the assistance of other treatment team members, that each participant is provided the services necessary to achieve the goals of treatment as outlined in their individualized treatment plan.

**Requirements:**

Must be licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT)

Master's Degree in related field

2 years related experience in behavioral healthcare, physical health, or substance abuse.

Licensure at the associate or independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor required

Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

**Pay Details:** $52,500.00 to $57,700.00 per year
