TalentWealth Recruiting, a boutique financial services recruiting firm, is recruiting for an exciting opportunity. An independent financial advisory practice with @$200M AUM in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Wealth Management Associate to their growing team. This key role will focus on relationship management with already established clients, investment operations, and providing ongoing client service to new and existing clients.

A can-do attitude and adaptable nature are essential to success within our small team. Some of the core responsibilities for this role will include:

• Coordinating and managing the on-boarding process for new clients
• Perform day-to-day service-related tasks including but not limited to account re-balancing to maintain target asset allocations, processing cashiering related requests, and executing systematic reinvestment trades
• Prepare and process all paperwork needed for investment/advisory accounts
• Monitor, process, and follow up on asset transfers and on initial and subsequent funding of advisory accounts
• Implement initial and subsequent asset allocation trades
• Execute buy or sell orders and re-balance orders in Envestnet; maintain an appropriate asset allocation
• Follow up with clients following any meeting to initiate investment-related recommended or necessary action items
• Maintaining a daily tracking system for account follow-ups and service requirements
• Help the advisor with preparation for client meetings.

Preferred skills for a successful candidate include:

• Prefer candidates with a minimum of 1-5 years of experience supporting a financial advisor or team
• Already holding or having the ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent), plus Insurance Life, Accident, and Health within 12 months
• Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
