Creekside Center is Hiring an Administrator in Training, Skilled Nursing Near Stockton, CA

1. Demonstrates commitment to company’s mission, values and standards of ethical behavior.

cooperation with co-workers. Provides assistance to co-workers and promotes teamwork by sharing information useful to
achieving desired results.
3. Ensures that all residents are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect, and their rights are protected at all
times.
4. Respects and upholds all residents’ personal and property rights whenever carrying out duties, including knocking
before entering a resident's room.
5. Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
6. Meets with Preceptor on a weekly basis to receive constructive feedback and progress report. Prepares and submits AIT
reports per state guidelines.
7. Follows approved AIT Program which includes rotation of each department: Administration, Medical Records, Activities,
Dietary, Social Services, Rehabilitation, Business Office, Environmental Services, Business Development, Ancillary
Services, Staff Development, and Nursing Services. Spends allocated time in each department per program guidelines.
Ensures time spent in each department consists of observation and hands-on training (i.e. observes housekeeper clean
room and then cleans room with housekeeper).
8. Participates in coaching, disciplinary and termination proceedings as appropriate to develop human resource skills.
9. Participates in monthly operation reviews with Preceptor and Regional Director of Operations.
10. Participates in annual budget preparation.
11. Develops familiarity with standard profession reports for quality, labor, turnover, workers compensation, customer base,
financials, account receivables, etc.
12. Performs independent review of company policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
13. Participate in RAI process with particular focus on understanding reimbursement, applicable regulations and policies, monitoring key indicators, and developing appropriate interventions. Participates in the survey process and
development/implementation/monitoring of an effective plan of correction.
14. Attends Quality Assurance, CQI and relevant subcommittee meetings. Focuses on learning how to run an effective
meeting, understanding key concepts of QA and CQI and utilizing the concepts to effect change.
15. Participates in facility daily, weekly and monthly meetings. Attends regional meetings and trainings.
16. Assists the Administrator in planning, development, organizing, implementing, and directing the day-to-day functions of
the facility, its programs and activities.
17. Participates in special projects as directed.
18. Provides support to other facilities as allowed by program guidelines.
19. Participates in monitoring and auditing activities and investigations.
20. Works in conjunction with Compliance Department staff, as well as Human Resources, Risk Management, Internal Audit,
Legal, Reimbursement and other support departments, as required, in establishing and maintaining all components of
the Compliance Process. Prepares compliance reports, as required.
21. Reports the following in accordance with established facility procedures and regulatory standards: accidents and
incidents; resident grievances, complaints, allegations of resident abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property; occupational exposure to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, and hazardous chemicals; concerns and suspected
incidences of non-compliance including but not limited to hazardous conditions and equipment.
22. Adheres to state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures; HIPAA confidentiality standards of
resident and facility information; Infection Control, Universal Precautions, OSHA and safety standards; and established.
safety precautions and regulations (including use of mechanical lifts when lifting or moving heavy individuals or objects)
in the performance of tasks and the use of equipment and supplies.
23. Attends orientation, in services and meetings as required. Participates in OSHA and CDC in-service training programs for
hazardous communication, TB management, and bloodborne pathogens standard.
24. Utilizes most efficient, safe and cost-effective techniques and methods, and uses supplies and equipment in most
efficient manner to minimize waste.
25. May perform administrative duties such as completing forms, reports, etc.
26. Performs other related duties as required.
