Payment Processors can earn performance-based rewards such as leaving at 3pm on Fridays, monthly team lunches, quarterly team events, and “tickets” to enter in a raffle where you can win prizes such as cash, tv’s, I-Pads, etc. Starting range for this position is $16- $17 per hour based on experience.
The Payment Processor plays a vital role in updating account balances in our system of record by posting payments made via mail, over the phone, or via our web portal. This role will reconcile payment batches to deposit records, identifying and correcting any errors found. This position will also research and respond to internal email inquiries.
To be successful, a Payment Processor must have excellent oral and written communication skills and have a great attention for detail. In addition, time management and multitasking skills are important, as the Payment Processor may be given several different tasks at a time. We prefer someone who has at least 1 year of administrative experience but are willing to train the right person!
