The Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Creative Designer. The ideal candidate is highly driven, self-motivated, detail oriented, and above all, an avid film/TV connoisseur. This role will focus on producing visually stunning designs for marketing campaigns and other creative challenges. This person should be passionate about design and craves working with other smart people to solve the toughest design challenges. This person should have a proactive approach to problem solving and asset production.

Your responsibilities

• Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color, and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Produce production-ready design assets.
• Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables and ensure creative assets are accessible across all teams.
• Partner and collaborate with marketers, creative leads, and project managers to drive next level ideations.
• Be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communications skills.
• Juggle multiple projects while ensuring the quality of the creative deliverables.
• Be deadline driven.

Your experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital creative production environment. Ideally in marketing and/or streaming content space.
• Must have a portfolio demonstrating years of relevant design experience working with a variety of brands.
• Strong background in design problem solving, creative execution, and production is a must.
• Solid visual design foundation (typography, layout, etc.) and well-versed in design systems.
• Strong experience working with interactive content and efficient at creating production-ready artwork and assets.
• Ability to think, respond and design quickly with a keen eye for details on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in advertising, media, or entertainment is a plus.
• Well-verse in Adobe creative suite workflow.
