Multimedia Content Producer & Creative Specialist

Zimmer Marketing is looking for an experienced, creative, and dependable professional to help produce engaging content for our clients across social media, digital advertising, and video platforms.

We're a growing, locally owned marketing company serving businesses throughout the Four States. Our team develops branding, advertising, and creative campaigns that help businesses stand out and grow.

We're looking for someone who understands that great creative work starts with a strong brand and a clear strategy. The right candidate can take a project from concept to completion, manage multiple deadlines, and consistently deliver professional, high-quality work.

We're open to either a full-time employee or a contract arrangement depending on experience and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for client advertising campaigns, social media, promotional videos, and other marketing needs.
• Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging photos, videos, reels, and other creative content tailored to each client's brand and audience.
• Graphic Design: Create professional promotional graphics, digital banner ads, social media graphics, motion ads, and other marketing materials.
• Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple client accounts, maintaining consistent branding and messaging.
• Branding & Creative Strategy: Understand and apply brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across different campaigns and platforms.
• Project Management: Manage multiple client projects, coordinate content shoots, meet deadlines, and deliver completed work with minimal supervision.
• Team Collaboration: Work with our marketing consultants and creative team to develop ideas and execute campaigns that support client objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and production, including the ability to independently manage a project from start to finish.
• Strong graphic design skills with an understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication.
• Experience creating and managing social media content for businesses or organizations.
• Ability to produce professional, client-ready work with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and how creative content supports business goals.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach when working with clients and coworkers.
• Dependability, accountability, and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assignments, and follow through on commitments.

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Figma
• Motion graphics and animation
• Professional photography, lighting, and audio recording
• Social media scheduling and management platforms
