Job Overview: Seeking a dynamic Plant Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes with precision and speed.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights for growth.
• Develop and implement SOPs in line with US GAAP standards.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Conduct vital inventory and cost analysis projects.
• Manage audit requests and support ERP initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or MBA a plus
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing, with financial management expertise.
• Familiarity with large ERP systems preferred.
