Creative Financial Staffing is Hiring a Payroll Administrator Near Lakewood, CO
The Payroll Specialist will work within a payroll department of three and report to the Payroll Manager.
The Payroll Specialist role is on-site.
Payroll Specialist Duties:
- the payroll team processes payroll for up to 1000 employees each week in UKG software (formerly UltiPro)
- responsible for processing certified payroll and utilizing the LCP tracker
- manage the payroll inbox
- processing employee changes, reimbursements, address changes
- assist with streamlining processes
- customer service and communicating with employees
Payroll Specialist Skills & Experience:
- at least 2 years of payroll processing experience
- certified payroll experience
- strong data entry skills
- excellent customer service
- proficient with Excel
Hours for the Payroll Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with some flexibility) in a business-casual environment
Local Payroll Specialist candidates only
Payroll Specialist candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check
